About The Michigan Chicken Wing Festival
The Michigan Chicken Wing Festival was inducted into the Super Bowl of Wing Festivals in 2015 as a catalyst to unite the community. This festival is not about how many wing vendors participate; it's more about the different flavors of wings you can buy at the festival. The festival provides a platform for food vendors to showcase their talent in vending and for merchandise vendors to display their best products. In addition, national and local sponsors can promote their company and product(s).
The Michigan Chicken Wing Festival also includes a main stage featuring musical acts from all genres, live entertainment, cornhole, a kids zone with inflatables, community empowerment vendors, a health and wellness pavilion, give-aways, a VIP beer, wine, and spirits tent, a chicken wing eating contest and a people's choice vendor contest. This fun and exciting event has something for everyone!
BRING YOUR LAWN CHAIR/BLANKET - NO GENERAL SEATING PROVIDED
A portion of the proceeds benefit the Against All Odds Foundation, which supports cancer survivors by assisting with essential needs such as groceries, prescription co-pays, cell phone bills, and transportation to medical appointments. Additionally, the foundation serves families in underserved communities through Lillian’s, a free retail store in the Lansing Mall (Best Furniture Outlet wing).

The 2026 MCWF is dedicated to a day of Community Celebration. The festival will feature live bands and/or performers from the Midwest and across the nation. There will be many different flavor wings from food vendors, food trucks, beer, wine and spirits, kids zones, craft and merchandise vendors, community resources

Wing vendors will sell their wings to patrons; VIP wing sample tickets will be accepted by selected vendors ONLY. Each patron wishing to have wings must purchase from the vendor of their choice.
